Sustainable Development and Free land in Western Australia is available now. Yes! There are huge tracts of free land in West Australia, in some of the most beautiful and pristine locations, with the benefits of settling this land helping the environment, preserving original tribal rights and culture, and empowering the community in the best possible way with the very urgent environmental, social and housing challenges we all face; if done the right way!
To give a bit of background, I was researching ‘crown land’ in Western Australia, and I came upon this CALM land map of the South West of Western Australia, reprinted here:

With my deep investigation into the law and the legal system in Western Australia and the rest of the country, I have discovered that much of the ‘crown land’ in Australia is at best an unlawful claim, or at least on very precarious and legal ground, compared to the stewardship rights of the original sovereign tribes, or from a common law perspective of respecting the rights of man and of justice. The problem only compounds when there is not one lawful ‘crown’, but many ‘crowns’ that are no more than fictions on a piece of paper, ‘corporate soles’ or other legal entities such as corporations, being fictions such as the ‘crown’ in right of ‘X’ state and so on. Unlimited power and very little or no legal or lawful liability, that is not how the law works. The problem gets even worse when we are seeing the erosion of rights and liberties of land-holders, and a mine-field of legal deception associated with land that anyone with experience in law can attest to. This land is for us to use and enjoy as long as we cause no harm!
The ‘crown’ and its ‘ subjects’ so far have done such a dismal job at managing this land that Australia is rapidly becoming a dust-bowl desert, with massive devastation via topsoil erosion, desertification, die back, species loss, toxic pesticides and agro-chemicals and now the proven threat of GM. We are facing the collapse of not only the environment, but also the collapse of society as we rapidly and steadily move towards tyrannical fascism or catastrophic war, due to the rapid loss of protective rights and freedoms and the current trend. Anyone who has studied history can see the signs and the evidence.
The great news in the face of all of this is that there are some great ways to use and enjoy Crown Land, even if deciding to jump through all the bureaucratic hoops. Crown Land can be leased or other claims can be placed upon these lands, with innovative successes with Crown Land occurring from the uses of Claims of Right in New Zealand and elsewhere, native title or original claims, squatter claims and so on. In the documentation on Crown Land the use of crown land is lawful when authorized by ‘law’ and there are plenty that can verify and back up our use and enjoyment. The reason why many of these methods are working is that once someone is using the land is is quite difficult to stop them from enjoying their common law rights and freedoms, and much of the common law is there to protect our much cherished and protected property rights. We are all stakeholders and part owners of the wealth of our respective countries, and government departments are there to serve their masters, the community
A proposal as one of the best ways to use this ‘unallocated crown land’ and solve the problems of society today is to settle these lands for the creation and promotion of Eco-villages, Sustainable communities and Food-forests. Through this settlement, here are some of the great benefits and supporting references, for the highest good of all in the community:
-Part of the land could be allocated for the free use of original tribes and their members, helping to restore, promote and enhance indigenous culture and lifestyle and traditions
-No trees or natural flora need be removed, simply added to with bush tucker species or manageable edible species as the vital ‘layers’ of the forest are already there, helping to protect and preserve the eco-system and provide habitat
-Allows for rapid, effective and real environmental solutions, and creating ecologically friendly lifestyles
-A low-cost very affordable way for families and members of the community to make a natural move, be sustainable with all power, water and electricity, and create abundance, freedom and a beautiful natural lifestyle for their families
-Helps to preserve forests and natural eco-systems for future generations. Proper stewardship has been historically proven to be of great benefit to the eco-system with the anthropological studies of tribal societies
-The land is for the use and benefit of the people, as long as no major harm is done to the land or to others, and is certainly not for the ‘benefit’ of a fictitious ‘crown’ legal entity, or other fictional corporations which ican tend to sell-out to destructive development, mining or other unnatural uses
-Original tribes have a higher claim to these lands than it being ‘unallocated crown land’ that is unused, and through entering into treaties white peoples can protect their rights and freedoms as well and work towards a happy future for all Australians
-Motivated or interested families or individuals desiring a country/natural lifestyle can make a move right away and start working the land and improving it, instead of being chained by large amounts of debt
-Huge amounts of land were originally settled through ‘squatters rights’ through common law, Australia has a history of this use of crown land
-Sustainable Communities not only solve the environmental problems in the best possible way, but also the problem of tyrannical governments or political objectives, social and moral decay, crime, depression and loss of food quality
-Intentional Communities allow a massive surplus of abundance for all its participants and the environment, providing all immediate survival needs of healthy organic food, clean water, harmonious shelter and real social connection!
To summarize their is no better way to help the environment than by establishing Edible Food Forests and Eco-Villages, and there is no better way to help mankind and each man, woman and child, than in creating Eco-Villages that establish these food forests!
A fantastic case-study of the overwhelming and miraculous abundance and efficiency of working in harmony with nature, is the DVD “Growing a Food Forest” developed by Geoff Lawton and Bill Mollison of the Permaculture Institute of Australia
The DVD proves that with a modest effort of a small group equivalent to a few months worth of work, a massively abundant food forest can be created that can provide all our needs of food, water, timber and refreshment for the soul…. forever! Doesn’t putting in a few months worth of work, and living next to a beautiful lake or river, within a pristine forest and thriving connected community, with an unlimited supply of delicious organic food and fruit beat working at a job you don’t like for forty or so years!
With the growing rumblings of the global financial crisis and the almost unbelievable amounts of wide-scale economic fraud, it is clear to see that Australia’s Real Estate bubble is in a very dangerous and unstable position. If the multi-billion dollar profits of the big banks are not offensive enough, I can guarantee you, once you learn about the highly illegal fraudulent lending practices, you will be furious, just as I was. Since Australia has gone off the honest and lawful common law money system of justs weights and measures, as per the bible and common law, the whole system now seems to be a magical act of double-entry book keeping, fraudulently and illegally backed up by replacing our fundamental heritage of common law and justice, with admiralty and roman-based merchant or mercantile law.
To summarize when a bank in Australia ‘lends’ you a mortgage, they are inventing this money from thin air with a few strokes of the keyboard, and with a few of these strokes:
-You become a debt slave of the bank
-You are enslaving yourself and your family
-You are participating in the highly destructive commercial consumer system
-You are supporting the big corporations that are actively working towards corporate fascism and globalization, and the erosion of all major rights and freedoms
-You are another cog in the wheel of a system that historically has always collapsed, and inevitably will collapse!
I don’t mean to offend anyone folks, but with the large amount of research I have put into history, politics, economics and law, I can see that the writing is on the wall, that really bad things are in store for all Australians if we continue down this path towards destruction and fail to choose a better way
It all starts with choices in how we live in our day to day lifestyle, and the power is with you, right now reading at home, as to whether or not you make a conscious choice to continue an unsatisfying and unsustainable lifestyle, or instead choosing right now to contact our team and register your expression of interest towards our Sustainable Community project, making a decision towards a healthy and abundant future for your family, our planet, and our community

I couldn’t agree more with you. Its hard to watch the march to destruction and equally hard to be treated like a fool or worse for trying to step out. The problem I have is I am in the U.S., the city of Detroit specifically. Its sacrilege in this country to question the great church of consumerism (the “American dream”) and sacrilege in this region to not participate in the high rites of wage slavery (“hard work”) – and ironically the connection between this and the 20% unemployment and the eroding financial, social, cultural, and environmental wealth is never made. You would expect the architects and profiteers to love the system but at what point do those who are being destroyed stop destroying themselves? I agree a new model such as you (and I) envision needs to be developed and then perhaps the less bold and creative can have an easy alternative to follow.
I am prevented from doing this here thus far by the cleverly designed system that makes it near impossible for me to do anything without a large sum of money and a move to a less restrictive area (in my own state as in most of the u.s. a person cant live on land without a well and a conventional (i.e. expensive, toxic, unnecessary) septic system and permits and an expensive toxic house etc, etc.
Even our “permaculturalists” and “ecovillages” continue to support the system with their high dollar demands for training and entry to their very closed societies. Ecovillages appear to me as just another gated subdivision trying hard to exclude “undesirables” i guess they are better than country clubs but they might as well be the same from where i sit. Permaculture in America is largely a ponzi scheme of people doing little else but aggrandizing themselves by charging others to listen to them regurgitate (less eloquently) the ideas of others and do free manual labor on their mediocre if not shameful properties. I can understand these people have a need to make money and as of yet they have not been able to break the mainstream but it is still to me so very immoral and exclusive of the very people it must include.
A bit of thought makes it easy to realize that anyone with a some capital can pretty easily escape to a better life. This is a great idea for the wealthy slaves who simply have to reevaluate what wealth is and stop wasting their money on overpriced, low quality, “luxury” homes, cars, clothing and imagined status and importance but if there is not a way to free those that slave to eat anything, have any roof and stay out of the prisons then it is all for nothing as wealthy slaves are a very small minority relative to these poor slaves.
So to the point: Any room at the inn for strangers from a foreign land?
I have been looking into moving back to the land, but finding other people with the same Idea is hard, many want to live in solitude but none can bare it.
I would like to know more ! Fed up with the current way of life the haves and have nots looking for a sustainable way

I think its about building bridges, making the transition easy. Thanks for the comment!
Some very interesting comments you made there, and I was just thinking about Detroit and how it represents a great opportunity for reshift values. Like anything there will be those who will be opportunists and try and make a quick buck, but I can tell you with all honesty if you are committed to the principle of living close to nature and the universe money is irrelevant. Changing habits is about changing the mindset and that comes from exposure to new information. I welcome your innovative points of view to further the cause of harmonious natural living
